Ofcourse, in that pictures seen if she got surprise cake from her friends, but one person near her got attention from others.
And story about that guy is started.
his name is John, and he is Stella's friend from NYU. they have been know each other for long time since Stella get in school in New York.

The reasons why? is still shade of grey but i believe they're have their own reason to doing that.
